• 80k + performance bonus We're a 4-bay heavy-duty diesel repair shop hiring a working shop manager.

Small shop, no layers — you'll run the counter and the floor. What you'll actually do: Write repair orders and estimates; own the customer relationship from intake to pickup Answer phones and keep fleet clients updated on timelines and costs Assign jobs to technicians and keep 4 bays moving QC finished work before trucks go back to customers Order parts, manage vendor relationships, and keep parts inventory at the right levels Invoice and close out jobs Track shop financials — labor gross profit, tech efficiency, and job costing What you need: Real background in heavy-duty diesel or truck repair — you've turned wrenches or written service in this world Extensive hands-on work with Freightliner and Volvo semis Can read schematics and talk air brakes, electrical, suspensions, drivetrains Organized, direct, comfortable telling a customer bad news and a tech what to do next Russian or Spanish speaking is a big plus, not a requirement

Pay:

$60k

• 80k base depending on experience, plus a bonus tied to shop gross profit.

Benefits:

2.5 weeks PTO per year + 5 sick days.
