Full-time Sunday ,Monday, Tuesday:
7:00pm- 4:00am
Wednesday:

Responsibilities:
Lead and train 3-5 overnight employees by modeling interventions, answering questions, and managing escalated situations. Provide overnight supervision and emotional support to adolescent girls (ages 12-17) in a high-acuity residential setting. Lead interventions during behavioral escalations, aggression, and critical safety incidents. Conduct weekly 1on1 meeting's with direct supports. Be on-call for critical incidents and lead response efforts when needed. Monitor campus safety, conduct room checks, and maintain a secure environment. Uphold treatment plans and collaborate with therapists, nurses, and day staff. Perform light cleaning and organization to maintain a safe, welcoming space.Qualifications:
What we are looking for: 2 years working in a Residential Treatment Center or Inpatient Setting. 1 year of leadership experience. Skilled in de-escalation and managing high-acuity, emotionally charged situations. Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach and support overnight staff. Comfortable making quick decisions and leading during safety-related incidents. Maintains firm boundaries and models emotionally regulated behavior.Requirements:
21+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Able to pass a Utah State background check. Obtain a Food Handler's Permit before your first shift.Benefits:
