Support sales management efforts by implementing pricing strategies, promotional activities, and POS (Point of Sale) system operations to maximize revenue. Assist in recruiting qualified candidates through interviewing and evaluating potential employees to build a strong retail team. Ensure operational compliance with company policies including payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and cash handling procedures. Maintain a clean, organized store environment that adheres to safety standards while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for customers and staff alike. Requirements Proven experience in retail management or assistant manager roles within the retail industry with supervising experience. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively through managerial communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of retail math including basic math calculations for pricing, sales tracking, and inventory management. Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and inventory management tools is essential. Excellent interpersonal skills with multilingual or bilingual abilities considered a plus for serving diverse customer bases. Demonstrated ability in recruiting, interviewing, employee orientation, training & development to build high-performing teams. Experience in operational management including merchandising, stocking, shift management, budgeting, and store operations. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with strong time management skills while maintaining attention to detail.
