Assistant Manager

Firehouse Subs in Alexandria, VA is looking for high energy Assistant Managers. Candidates must have a proven track record of success in providing leadership, developing staff, effectively managing food cost and labor cost, following and implementing SOPs and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must have a minimum of two years of store Manager experience in a fast food restaurant.

Responsibilities include:

Assist GM in managing day to day operations of restaurant Follow and Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) Take operational responsibility of restaurant while running a shift Ensure compliance of company's policies and guidelines Train, retain and develop quality staff Ensure Occupational Safety and Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy are met Assist GM in controlling two key financial items by maintaining inventory and managing labor efficiently Ensure maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds through the use of a Preventative Maintenance Plan based on Company Standards Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
