Responsibilities Lead and supervise all store activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and optimal team performance Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees, fostering a positive employee orientation experience Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed store targets, utilizing strong negotiation skills Manage inventory control, purchasing, pricing, and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities Oversee cash handling, cashiering, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and POS system operations with accuracy and integrity Provide training and ongoing development for staff on retail products, customer service standards, and operational procedures Maintain effective communication with team members through managerial communication practices and organizational skills Qualifications Proven management experience within the retail industry, including supervising teams in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of retail math, inventory management, POS systems, and operational management Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff through training & development initiatives Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively Demonstrated experience in recruiting, interviewing, employee orientation, and managing payroll processes Familiarity with grocery store or wireless sales environments is a plus Exceptional organizational skills combined with effective time management and multitasking abilities Basic math proficiency for cash handling, pricing adjustments, and sales calculations Join us to lead a vibrant retail environment where your managerial expertise makes a real difference!
