Job Description
Job Summary Monster Mini Golf is looking for an energetic, dependable, and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations at our family entertainment center. The ideal candidate has strong management and leadership experience and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Experience in family entertainment, arcades, games, restaurants, hospitality, or similar businesses is strongly preferred. Our Store Manager must enjoy working around children and families, as our location hosts guests of all ages throughout the day. A major part of this position includes overseeing birthday parties, group events, mini golf, arcade operations, guest service, and team performance. Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily store operations
- Lead, train, coach, and motivate employees
- Ensure excellent customer service for children, parents, families, and groups
- Oversee birthday parties and special events from setup through completion
- Understand and assist with arcade games, attractions, and basic game troubleshooting
- Handle customer concerns professionally and find appropriate solutions
- Create a fun, welcoming, and safe environment for guests
- Manage employee scheduling and staffing needs
- Monitor employee performance and maintain company expectations
- Assist with inventory, cash handling, opening, and closing procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility
- Help drive sales, birthday party bookings, and overall store performance
- Be comfortable working during busy weekends, holidays, school breaks, and special events Qualifications
- Previous management or leadership experience required
- Experience in entertainment, arcades, games, hospitality, restaurants, or similar environments preferred
- Experience with birthday parties, events, or children's entertainment is a plus
- Must be comfortable working around children and families throughout the day
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead a team and hold employees accountable
- Reliable, organized, outgoing, and able to multitask
- Comfortable working in a loud, energetic, and fast-paced environment
- Must have flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays We are looking for someone who isn't afraid to jump in and help wherever needed.
