These roles provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses or other Medical Professional.

These positions primarily focus on assisting patients with activities of daily living while also monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes in patient condition.

They also play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients. These roles perform a variety of tasks, such as taking patient histories, measuring and monitoring vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and assisting with minor procedures. Represents people leaders (hire/fire authority) with majority of time spent overseeing their area of responsibility. Achieve goals through direct and/or indirect reports. Supervises support level employees. Sets goals and objectives for other employees within the Job Area. Develops solutions to a variety of routine problems, and escalates more complex issues to higher-level managers. Ensures policies, practices, and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education:

High School Diploma/GED Experience:

At least five years of relevant experience. Supervisory experience preferred

Licensure:

Relevant licensure/certifications preferred, or may be required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Job requires sitting/standing for prolonged periods and frequently bending/stooping. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull 50 - 100lbs. May be exposed to chemicals, radiation, blood/body fluids and infectious disease. The pay range for this role is $35.31 - $70.63 hourly. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
