Rappahannock Goodwill Industries is searching for an energetic, people-focused Store Manager to lead our Culpeper location. This is not a role for someone who wants to manage from the sidelines. We are looking for a servant leader who will be present, work alongside the team, remove obstacles, build trust, and create an environment where employees can do their best work. As Store Manager, you will lead the entire retail operation, including the sales floor, processing department, staffing, production, customer and donor experience, safety, and financial performance. You will set the standard for urgency, accountability, teamwork, and service while ensuring quality goods are available to the public in a safe, clean, attractive environment. What You Will Lead Lead and oversee all daily activities of the sales floor and processing department. Take ownership of store sales, production, payroll, scheduling, customer service, safety, and operational performance. Ensure accurate and timely payroll entry, employee schedules, sales reports, and production reports. Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, develop, evaluate, recognize, and address the performance of retail employees. Build a positive, accountable workplace where employees understand expectations and have the support needed to succeed. Promote and enforce standards and policies in the Employee Handbook and Standard Operating Procedures Manual. Ensure proper opening and closing of the store and maintain security of the premises, including the alarm system. Drive the store to meet or exceed established sales and production goals. Ensure quality wares are processed and placed on the sales floor every 15 minutes. Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and attractive shopping, donation, and working environment. Resolve customer, donor, employee, and operational concerns with professionalism and sound judgment. Lead cross-training and assist in any store function needed to achieve work goals. Coordinate ADC center pickups when necessary and maintain ADC centers where applicable. Perform other duties as assigned. What You Will Bring High school diploma or equivalent. Two or more years of experience supervising teams of employees; retail-management experience is strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience hiring, coaching, developing, and holding staff accountable. Demonstrated capacity to embrace change and lead others through it. Strong decision-making and problem-resolution capabilities. Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills. Excellent customer-service, communication, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. A hands-on, servant-leadership approach and willingness to support the team wherever needed. Schedule and Availability Must be available during operating hours as needed. The schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, holidays, blackout periods, and occasional management-approved overtime, with needs varying from week to week. Physical Demands and Work Environment Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and frequently lift and/or carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Work is performed in a moderate environment with occasional exposure to temperature extremes, noise, fumes, dust, and similar atmospheric conditions. Pay:

$62,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
