Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Center Manager to lead our retail location with enthusiasm and strategic vision. As the pivotal point of contact for daily operations, your role will focus on driving business growth, optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will oversee all aspects of store management, including team leadership, inventory control, logistics coordination, and financial performance. Responsibilities Lead daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow across all departments including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and customer service. Manage profit & loss statements by monitoring sales performance, controlling expenses, and implementing cost-saving initiatives. Supervise staff by recruiting, training, coaching, and evaluating team members to foster a high-performance culture. Oversee distribution operations and logistics planning to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery accuracy. Implement process improvements utilizing lean principles to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline workflows. Coordinate transportation management systems (TMS) for freight scheduling, fleet management, and transportation planning. Maintain inventory control through rigorous stock management practices using warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems to optimize stock levels. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing supply chain metrics and applying supply chain analytics to identify opportunities for enhancement. Ensure compliance with safety standards, shipping & receiving protocols, and regulatory requirements related to logistics management. Skills Proven experience supervising warehouse operations or distribution centers with strong team management skills. Deep understanding of supply chain management including demand planning, production planning, inventory management, and distribution management. Expertise in profit & loss analysis, budgeting, process improvement methodologies such as lean manufacturing or continuous improvement strategies. Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and logistics management tools. Strong knowledge of freight shipping & receiving procedures, fleet management, materials management, and order fulfillment processes. Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and coordinate cross-functional activities effectively. Ability to analyze supply chain data using supply chain analytics tools to inform decision-making. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation purposes. $47,568.91 - $60,000.00 per year
