Store Manager

The ideal individual should have an entrepreneurial, "can-do" spirit to lead and manage the successful, day-to-day operations of a store including store teams, customer service standards, and merchandising while meeting sales goals and controlling operating expenses.

What You'll Do:

Hire, coach and develop, and lead a successful team that'll consistently promote a culture of "Excellence in Customer Service" to meet our customer's needs. Ensure the store is stocked and clean so we can continue to build strong relationships with our customers and the communities we serve. Oversee day-to-day store operations which includes daily and monthly paperwork, scheduling and managing labor expense, monitoring and controlling inventory, ordering, execution of food concept programs, and running cash register when needed.

What We Are Looking For:

Friendly & outgoing, positive & professional individual with retail management experience. Good at creating a positive and fun culture and promoting teamwork. Comfortable multi-tasking and adapt easily to change. Capability to prioritize tasks and drive performance to accomplish goals. Adept at basic computer and math skills and have at least a high school diploma or equivalent. Why Cockerham Food Marts?
