Pinnacle Group, LLC d/b/a Aaron's Sales and Lease Ownership is currently accepting applications for a Customer Accounts Manager in our Marion, VA Location! At Aaron's, we call our assistant manager role Customer Accounts Manager because this position is so much more than assistant management! As a Customer Account Manager, your contribution will be essential in helping our customers achieve ownership of their products by providing individualised attention while managing the customer accounts department. Your primary responsibilities are managing customer renewal payments and achieving company standards on non-renewal closing percentages. In addition, Customer Account Managers help support the overall needs of the store by assisting other associates and acting as a key holder in the store manager's absence. Job Duties Personally support customers on their way to ownership Manage the overall collections process Counsel customers to gain timely lease payments and stay on track Confirm customer identification, collect money and obtain customer signatures on lease agreements Contact customers who may be past due on their rental agreements Monitor customer payment history and make recommendations to assist the customer Provide great customer care and service Maintain customer contact over the phone and through home visits Update customer information and maintain accuracy Assist with store operations Establish and achieve monthly account goals Review and close lease agreements with customers Act as key holder as necessary Other duties Facilitate returns in collaboration with store manager Clean and certify merchandise in the cleaning station for all merchandise personally returned Additional responsibilities as assigned by General Manager Position Requirements A minimum of two years management experience Good communication, telephone skills, and interpersonal relationship skills Position routinely requires lifting & loading up to 75 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with the assistance of a dolly Valid driver's license Good management and organisational skills Maintain professional appearance and dress code compliance As a member of Aaron's leadership team, you'll share our purpose and passion for making a real difference in the lives of others and the rewards that come from creating strong personal connections for life.
