Provides leadership, direction, and accountability to the store leadership team to ensure operional excellence, achievement of sales and business goals, and delivery of a positive customer experience. Leads by example and fosters a professional, collaborive, and customer-focused environment th reflects the mission, values, and culture of the Marine Corps Exchange. Develops and coaches store leadership teams to deliver a consistent Dress Blue Experience and execute corpore programs, promotions, merchandise resets, and operional initiives. Reviews sales performance, financial reports, business analytics, and key performance indicors to identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring improvement. Develops and implements action plans and performance goals to address deficiencies, improve productivity, and achieve desired business results. Drives weekly and monthly sales goals and communices sales, inventory, and operional opportunities to MCX headquarters. Ensures effective execution of merchandising, inventory, logistics, backroom, and store standards. Develops staffing schedules based on business needs, sales demand, and available resources. Monitors management staffing levels and supports the recruitment, selection, development, and retention of qualified employees. Plans and executes corpore initiives by establishing implemention plans, milestones, and accountability measures. Ensures store leadership follows through on assigned responsibilities and maintains compliance with corpore policies, procedures, and operional standards. Utilizes business systems, management informion tools, and analytics to support informed decision-making and strengthen accountability throughout the store leadership team. Supervises employees by assigning and distributing work; providing coaching, counseling, mentoring, and training; approving leave; completing performance reviews; signing timecards; and recommending or completing personnel actions. Promotes employee engagement, professional development, career growth, and leadership development. Identifies training and performance gaps and works with leadership to establish approprie development and learning plans. Supports and participes in corpore training programs and ensures required training is completed and effectively applied in the workplace. Provides World Class Customer Service by maintaining a customer-focused environment, addressing concerns promptly, and taking approprie action to resolve problems. Qualificions An approprie combinion of educion and experience th demonstres possession of knowledge and skill equivalent to th gained in the above, OR approprie experience th demonstres th the applicant has acquired the knowledge, skills, and abilities equivalent to th gained in the above. Two years of supervisory experience is preferred. Must have a strong operional background and possess a demonstred ability to lead and direct a large, diverse workforce. Ability to partner and coach store teams. Knowledge of convenience store retail operions and consumables cegories. Knowledge of fuel certificion, testing, and safety. Knowledge of organizion and planning skills, change leadership skills, customer-centric operional skills, supervisory and team-building skills. Experience analyzing and connecting financial reports to operional performance. Ability to communice clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
