Handle cash register operations, POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering duties with accuracy and integrity. Support shift management by ensuring compliance with operational policies. Requirements Proven experience in retail management or assistant manager roles within the family entertainment or retail industry. Strong leadership skills with previous supervisory or team management experience. Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse guests. Proficiency in POS systems and basic math for daily operations. Ability to handle cash handling procedures accurately and perform cashiering duties confidently. Demonstrated organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
