Responsibilities Rotate through key manufacturing operations to learn plant processes and systems Support daily production, quality, and safety activities on the plant floor Analyze process data to identify efficiency, yield, and quality improvements Assist with implementation of continuous improvement and reliability projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, quality, and supply chain Ensure adherence to safety, food safety, and regulatory standards Participate in training on Lean, root-cause analysis, and basic project management Prepare reports, KPIs, and presentations for plant and corporate leadership Support troubleshooting of equipment and process issues with technical teams Develop leadership capabilities to transition into a frontline or technical supervisor role Required Skills Manufacturing operations Process improvement Data analysis Root-cause analysis Lean/continuous improvement Basic project management Equipment troubleshooting support Safety and food safety compliance Technical reporting and KPIs Cross-functional collaboration
