Sole Provisions , a family of award-winning specialty footwear stores, is looking for an exceptional Retail Store Manager to lead our location at: 1560 Laskin Rd. Virginia Beach, VA 23451 For years, Sole Provisions has built its reputation on expert fitting, thoughtful service, and a carefully curated selection of the world's best comfort and walking shoes . We are looking for a hands-on, results-driven leader who can build and motivate a strong team, drive sales, and ensure the store operates at the highest level. What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate will have 3+ years of retail sales and management experience and a demonstrated ability to lead in: Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and developing sales staff Sales leadership and performance management Training in product knowledge, sales, and customer service Store operations, productivity, efficiency, and accuracy Managing and improving key performance indicators (KPIs) Building a strong, motivated, customer-focused team Driving sales and profitability Maintaining strong relationships with upper management and suppliers Creating a positive and accountable store environment The Store Manager will also be expected to consistently achieve their own fair share of personal sales goals , including footwear, orthotics, and accessories. Compensation $50,000-$55,000+ annually , based on experience, scope of management responsibilities, and demonstrated ability to impact sales and ROI. Compensation includes a combination of base salary and commission/bonus opportunities .
