as a Manager. We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead our team, oversee daily operations, and ensure exceptional customer service in our establishment. As a Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive work environment and driving business success.

Duties:

• Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support
• Oversee inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and minimize waste
• Utilize POS system for efficient order processing and sales tracking
• Implement effective inventory management strategies to ensure product availability
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire team members
• Collaborate with staff to maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
• Drive operational excellence by monitoring performance metrics and implementing improvements

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in team management, preferably in a retail setting.
• Proficiency in inventory control systems, including Aloha POS
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members
• Familiarity with POS systems and sales tracking tools
