Retail Store Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

Oversee every aspect of store operation. Perform opening and closing shift duties Manage daily operations including cleanliness, organization, revenue opportunities and staffing Exercise discretion and independent judgment Controlling day-to-day operations - profit & loss, by following cash control/security procedures, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions. Operating the business in accordance with the company policies Will directly impact training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Responsible for all financial (invoices, reporting) and personnel/payroll related administrative duties, completed accurately, on time and in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Enforcing safe work behaviors to maintain a safe environment for both customers and staff Exceptional interpersonal skills

Physical Requirements Necessary:

stand, walk, talk, carry, bend, stoop, turn and lift more than 30 lbs. Manager must spend considerable time performing managerial duties and must regularly exercise independent judgment and discretion on matters of Manager consequence to the store. Ability to work friendly and professionally in a high-paced, dynamic environment that requires multi-tasking, maintaining diplomacy, and making sound judgments or recommendations throughout all levels of stressful environments.

Experience:

Must have at least four years' work experience in related field with progression in roles demonstrating increased responsibility. Must have basic to intermediate computer skills: Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word Stable employment history
