Pro Shop Shift ManagerTolt Golf Club ⛳ Join Our Team! Tolt Golf Club is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Pro Shop Shift Manager to help lead our team and create an outstanding experience for our golfers and restaurant guests.

Schedule Saturday:

7:00 AM•2:00

PM Sunday:

7:00 AM•2:00

PM Monday:

7:00 AM•2:00

PM Wednesday:

2:00 PM•8:00

PM Thursday:

2:00 PM•8:00 PM Approx. 35 hours per week Responsibilities Lead and support daily golf shop and restaurant operations Deliver exceptional customer service Supervise and motivate staff throughout each shift Open and close the facility as needed Handle cash, POS transactions, and daily reporting Assist with tee times, merchandise, and guest inquiries Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Help maintain smooth communication between the golf course and Blue Heron Bar & Grill teams Qualifications Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working weekends Golf knowledge is a plus but not required—we're happy to train the right person!
