REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of fitness or retail sales experience required Proven ability to generate personal sales and coach Sales Representatives in sales and customer service excellence Experience leading teams, delegating responsibilities, and motivating staff Ability to successfully manage and grow three key revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Flexibility to work within studio scheduling needs Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions with sound judgment Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment Passion for health, wellness, fitness, and community building Strong written communication and grammar skills Highly organized with excellent time management and data management abilities Professional, dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity Team-oriented mindset with the ability to foster a positive studio culture for staff and members alike Comfortable using computers, studio software, and POS systems

RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive studio growth by meeting performance goals and implementing strategic action plans Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person, phone, and email interactions Connect with leads and prospects to schedule Intro Classes and convert memberships Analyze monthly studio KPIs to identify trends and improve business performance Manage studio social media presence to increase brand awareness and lead generation Collaborate with Regional Managers and Ownership on local marketing initiatives and campaigns Execute grassroots marketing, networking, and community outreach efforts Oversee and coach the sales process from lead generation through membership conversion Maintain accurate retail inventory and ensure studio products are fully stocked Lead, motivate, and hold staff accountable to individual and studio goals Utilize ClubReady and POS systems for reporting, attendance tracking, and revenue management Manage accounts receivable and collect outstanding dues Ensure the studio remains clean, organized, professional, and welcoming at all times Uphold and enforce Club Pilates policies and operational standards Maintain studio supplies, forms, and member-facing materials Organize and participate in community events, partnerships, and studio promotions Create and manage staff schedules to support studio operations efficiently Coordinate directly with vendors and studio partners as needed Review instructor evaluations conducted by the Lead Instructor or Master Trainer Independently resolve member concerns while maintaining a high standard of customer care and professionalism
