Schedule Full-Time (30-40 hours per week) Flexible schedule including weekdays, evenings, and rotating Saturdays Responsibilities Drive new membership sales and consistently achieve monthly goals Conduct studio tours and deliver an exceptional guest experience Follow up daily with leads through calls, texts, and email Convert trial workouts into long-term memberships Build relationships within the local community through networking and partnerships Assist with marketing events, pop-ups, and community outreach Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Coach and support Sales Associates while helping build a positive, high-performing team Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment Deliver an outstanding member experience that encourages retention and referrals Past due collection Member retention Events, planning and B2B outreach Success in This Role Is Measured By Membership sales and monthly revenue Lead conversion rate Member retention and referrals Community outreach and partnerships Team performance and studio growth Qualifications 1-2 years of sales experience (fitness, memberships, retail, hospitality, or similar industries preferred) Passion for health, wellness, and helping others reach their goals Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented Comfortable making outbound calls and asking for the sale Organized, dependable, and able to multitask Experience with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok is a plus Available to work evenings and rotating Saturdays Why HOTWORX?
