We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager to lead our hotel operations with enthusiasm and strategic vision. The ideal candidate will oversee daily management, ensure outstanding customer service, and drive business growth through effective team leadership and operational excellence. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the hotel team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of hospitality. Oversee daily operations including front desk, housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance to ensure smooth functioning. Manage financial activities such as budgeting, payroll, and inventory control to maximize profitability. Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new guests and retain loyal customers. Supervise hiring processes including interviewing, employee orientation, training & development, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, health standards, and company policies across all departments. Maintain strong vendor relationships for purchasing, inventory management, POS systems, and merchandising. Proven management experience in the hospitality or retail industry with supervisory responsibilities. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment. Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Demonstrated expertise in retail sales, retail management, or grocery store operations is advantageous. Proficiency in managing budgets, payroll, inventory control, and POS systems. Experience with employee training & development, customer service excellence, and store or hotel management. Ability to handle cash handling procedures accurately and efficiently. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in pricing, merchandising, stocking, and marketing initiatives. Knowledge of wireless sales technology or phone etiquette is beneficial. Previous assistant manager experience or similar roles in retail or hospitality is preferred.
