Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Guide employees through key stages of employment, from initial onboarding through internal movement and separation, while maintaining accurate records and a consistent experience.
- Monitor incoming HR requests, respond within expected timelines, and route matters appropriately when additional support or specialized handling is needed.
- Coordinate employee status updates such as transfers and other changes, ensuring documentation is complete and aligned with company policy, payroll requirements, and HRIS records.
- Administer onboarding and offboarding activities, including process documentation updates and ongoing improvements to standard operating procedures and reference materials.
- Maintain personnel files and related HR records across entities, including oversight of internal HR content and administrative updates.
- Facilitate recurring HR office hours and provide practical support to managers and employees on workplace concerns affecting engagement, performance, morale, and development.
- Support employee relations matters below the senior leadership level by identifying underlying issues, recommending solutions, and helping managers address concerns effectively.
- Oversee performance improvement processes and employee check-in programs, including milestone reviews such as 30-, 60-, and 90-day follow-ups, annual touchpoints, and exit feedback.
- Contribute to policy and handbook management by researching requirements, drafting updates, and interpreting guidelines in line with legal and organizational standards.
- Manage additional HR operational responsibilities such as benefits billing reconciliation, job description recordkeeping, work authorization document tracking, and annual review administration as needed.
