Our Arcadia store sits at the heart of a community that's a true blend of cultures, and we're proud to serve it that way — offering the products, service, and hospitality that make both our Hispanic and English-speaking customers feel at home. We're looking for a Store Manager who wants to build something, grow into more responsibility, and represent that community well every single day. What You'll Do Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked Manage inventory and vendor deliveries, with a strong focus on keeping tobacco/nicotine and other key categories in stock Run monthly expiration audits and maintain product freshness standards Hire, train, and schedule store staff using our standardized onboarding and training materials Lead by example on customer service, cash handling, and POS operations. Keep fridges, storage rooms, and back-of-house areas organized and audit-ready Create a welcoming, hospitable experience for every customer, reflecting the diverse community we serve Participate in regular performance check-ins and work toward store-specific improvement goals Report to ownership/GM with clear, honest updates on store performance and staffing needs What We're Looking For Prior retail, convenience store, or restaurant management experience preferred Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple priorities Reliable, hands-on leadership style — willing to work the floor, not just the office Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred, given the community we serve Basic comfort with POS systems and inventory tracking Someone who takes initiative and doesn't need constant oversight to get things done What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity to grow with a expanding local business Hands-on training and ongoing support from ownership A team-first culture that values accountability and follow-through
