What You'll Do Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked Manage inventory and vendor deliveries, with a strong focus on keeping tobacco/nicotine and other key categories in stock Run monthly expiration audits and maintain product freshness standards Hire, train, and schedule store staff using our standardized onboarding and training materials Lead by example on customer service, cash handling, and POS operations.
