This role ensures repairs are completed accurately, maintains maintenance records, and communicates key equipment issues to leadership. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily shop production and repair activities. Schedule and coordinate equipment and vehicle repairs. Assign repair projects and support mechanics as needed. Ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time. Manage parts purchasing and maintain repair records. Enforce company policies, OSHA, and DOT safety standards. Analyze maintenance data and report key issues to leadership. Maintain shop housekeeping and yard organization. Skills & Qualifications Experience in a repair shop or maintenance environment preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure. Ability to interpret instructions, follow procedures, and maintain accurate records. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required. Comfortable working indoors/outdoors in varying conditions. Additional Requirements Occasional work outside normal hours, including some Saturdays. Ability to travel to job sites as needed.
