We want a leader who gets excited about helping the whole team get better. Become a FitFootwear Expert You don't need to walk in knowing everything about shoes. We'll teach you our products, brands, and fitting process. You'll learn to: Measure customers and lead our signature sit-and-fit consultation Recommend shoes and insoles based on fit, comfort, support, and lifestyle Build strong product knowledge and use it to make confident recommendations Help your team strengthen their own fitting and product expertise Our approach to sales is personal. We listen first, solve the customer's problem, and build the kind of trust that keeps people coming back. Help Lead the Store You'll partner closely with the Store Manager and take on greater leadership responsibility as you grow in the role.You'll:
Serve as Manager on Duty and confidently lead the store when the Store Manager isn't present Support opening and closing procedures Help train and onboard new team members Assist with scheduling and maintaining strong floor coverage Oversee POS and cash-handling procedures Support merchandising and inventory accuracy Keep the store organized, welcoming, and ready for customers What We're Looking For You don't need to have held an Assistant Store Manager title before. You do need some previous retail leadership experience and the confidence to step up and lead others. You might be a great fit if you have: 2+ years of retail or customer-facing experience Previous retail leadership experience as a Keyholder, Shift Lead, Sales Lead, Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or similar role A track record of working toward individual or team sales goals The ability to encourage, coach, and motivate coworkers Strong communication skills and the confidence to give direction when needed A positive, customer-first approach Reliability, organization, and follow-through Flexibility to work a full-time retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak shopping periods Experience in footwear, apparel, specialty retail, or commission sales is a plus-but it's not required. Compensation $575 weekly base pay 7% starting commission on qualifying sales Bonus opportunities based on individual and store performanceStore Hours Monday-Friday:
10 AM-7PM Saturday:
10 AM-6PM Sunday:
11 AM-5 PM This is a hands-on retail management position with a varied schedule that includes weekdays, evenings, weekends, and peak shopping periods.This position will also be scheduled before opening or after closing as needed.
