In this dynamic leadership role, you will help oversee daily operations for Titletown's recreation and event programming, with direct responsibility for staff management, scheduling, payroll, inventory control, and delivering exceptional guest experiences under the direction of the Operations Manager. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the park, while also supporting the management of 46 Below Café. As a trusted member of the leadership team, you will serve as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Operations Manager and help drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Anticipated Maximum Base Salary:
$49,500 - $66,800 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
