Position Summary:

Keyholder The Keyholder works closely with the Assistant Manager/Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, exceptional customer service, and a strong, motivated team. This is a full-time, hands-on leadership role that supports both day-to-day execution and long-term operational excellence. Responsibilities Greet, assist, and engage customers to ensure every shopper has an outstanding experience. Enforce and uphold company policies and procedures.

Lead daily operational tasks:

merchandising, restocking, product presentation, store organization, and cleanliness. Monitor inventory levels, communicate out-of-stocks, and request warehouse replenishment as needed. Train, mentor, and develop team members to foster growth and consistency. Assume Assitant Manager/Store Manager responsibilities in their absence. Maintain strong communication and collaboration with the Assitant Manager/Store Manager. Provide ongoing performance feedback (positive and corrective) to support staff success. Support loss prevention efforts and maintain store security. Address and resolve customer concerns effectively and professionally. Required Skills & Experience Previous experience in a retail environment. Knowledge of or interest in outdoor sporting goods—paddle sports, camping, hunting, fishing, hiking, tactical gear, knives, footwear, and apparel. Strong initiative with the ability to recognize and act on tasks without being prompted. Leadership skills that motivate the team, maintain morale, and ensure execution of daily and long-term objectives. Availability to work nights and weekends (a set schedule will be provided upon hire). Ability to quickly learn company systems, procedures, and POS software. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Strong visual merchandising skills with an eye for product presentation that drives sales. Excellent verbal communication and prior sales experience. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and delegate effectively. What We Offer Competitive wage based on experience and skillset.
