Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our family owned Hardware Store. The candidate will be responsible for creating an atmosphere to ensure customer satisfaction, with an eye on overall operation and staff management. The job requires rotating weekend shifts, but overall has some flexibility.
Responsibilites Include:
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper merchandising
- Implement strategies to increase sales
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Experience & Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and staff
- Experience in management and overall knowledge of products a plus
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$42,000.00- $58,000.
