Foster a customer-centric environment by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues effectively, and ensuring excellent phone etiquette. Collaborate with other departments on purchasing decisions, merchandising plans, and sales initiatives to support overall store goals. Experience Proven management experience in retail or grocery store environments with supervisory responsibilities in a fast-paced setting. Strong leadership skills with experience in team management, training & development Knowledge of retail industry sales techniques along with excellent communication skills for managerial communication and customer interactions. Familiarity with bookkeeping tasks produce related and inventory control practices. Previous experience managing retail sales teams with expertise in merchandising, stocking, pricing strategies, and operational management.
