Supervise inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and inventory control procedures. Handle cash register operations, POS systems, cash handling, and payroll processing with accuracy. Assist in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding new employees, and supporting their ongoing training & development. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures at all times. Qualifications Proven supervisory or team management experience within the retail industry. Strong communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and manage conflict positively. Demonstrated proficiency in retail math, basic bookkeeping, budgeting, and inventory management. Experience with POS systems, cashiering, pricing strategies, and sales management tools. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of retail store product lines and operational management practices.
