Job Description
Overview Join a new and exciting dealership in Mauston, WI as a Sales Floor Manager, where you'll lead the daily activities of a high-performing marine and powersports sales team. You'll play a key role in driving sales performance, coaching team members, supporting customer interactions, and ensuring an exceptional showroom experience. Requires 3-5 years of sales leadership experience and CRM proficiency. Essential Functions Lead the day-to-day activities of the sales floor, ensuring sales associates provide outstanding customer service and maintain high levels of engagement with customers. Collaborate with Sales Manager to drive overall sales performance and ensure seamless customer experience. Support sales associates throughout the sales process, from initial customer greeting through closing and delivery. Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and dealership sales goals. Monitor showroom traffic, lead distribution, and customer follow-up efforts to maximize conversion opportunities. Collaborate with leadership to execute sales initiatives, promotions, and track performance objectives. Ensure all customer interactions, opportunities, and follow-up activities are accurately documented within the CRM system. Assist in managing inventory presentation, merchandising, and product knowledge to support sales success. Foster strong communication and teamwork with F&I, Service, Parts, Operations, and Accounting departments to deliver seamless customer experience. Conduct regular sales meetings, role-playing sessions, and ongoing training to improve product knowledge and sales skills. Lead by example by maintaining professional sales practices and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Support employee onboarding, coaching, performance management, and development activities. Ensure compliance with dealership policies, procedures, and sales processes. Qualifications & Requirements 3-5 years of experience in marine, powersports, automotive, RV, or related vehicle sales required. Previous experience leading, coaching, or mentoring a sales team preferred. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Strong customer service, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with CRM systems and dealership management software. High school diploma required; additional education, training, or certifications are a plus.
