IQ Resource Group - Oshkosh is hiring a 2nd Shift Lead at a custom pipe fabrication company in Omro, WI!! Join this growing team at a well-established company! This position is contract-to-hire! Hands-on leadership role responsible for leading a fabrication team on 2 nd shift to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently. There will be approximately 8-10 employees on this shift. Job duties include coordinating daily tasks to meet production schedules, acting as a point of contact for team members, resolving issues effectively, maintaining quality standards, enforcing safety procedures, and assisting in cross-training efforts.

Wage :

$21/hr

Shift:

2 nd - 2:30pm to 1am Monday thru

Thursday Training:

Will need to train on 1st shift for approximately 1 month.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of proven leadership (Lead or Supervisor) in a manufacturing environment. Experience in a fabrication environment is a plus. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to communicate across all levels. High level of integrity, reliability, and accountability. Willingness to be cross-trained and help in various departments.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand and move about the production area throughout the shift. Lifting 25 to 30 lbs. consistently, and occasionally up to 50 lbs. (Anything over 50 lbs. would be a team lift.)
