Construction Site Supervisor (Full-Time, Hands-On)

We are seeking a dependable, experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee and assist with ongoing residential development work in Pardeeville, WI. This is a full-time role (30-40 hours/week) for someone who can take ownership of day-to-day activity on-site—ensuring work is completed correctly, efficiently, and to a high standard. This position combines site supervision with hands-on work , but the primary responsibility is managing quality, progress, and coordination of work on-site . What You'll Be DoingPrimary Responsibilities (Most Important) Oversee daily activity at the job site Monitor quality of work and identify issues early Manage and coordinate subcontractors Ensure work is completed properly before payment Maintain progress and keep projects moving forward Communicate updates, needs, and issues clearly Serve as the primary point of accountability on-site Secondary Responsibilities (As Needed) Complete minor construction and punch list items Maintain organization and cleanliness of site Operate equipment (if experienced) Assist with landscaping & grading (if experienced) What We're Looking For Strong background in construction or site work Experience managing crews or subcontractors preferred Ability to identify quality workmanship and correct issues Self-directed and comfortable working independently Reliable, accountable, and takes ownership of outcomes Takes pride in doing things the right way—not the easy way

Schedule & Compensation Full-time:

30-40 hours per week Flexible schedule depending on workload $30 - $45/hour depending on experience Opportunity for long-term role as projects expand About the Role This is not a general labor position. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the site , reduce the need for oversight, and ensure work is done right the first time. This role is ideal for someone who has previously worked as a foreman, crew lead, or site supervisor , and enjoys working independently with a high level of responsibility.
