Assistant Manager/Sales Associate

Responsibilities Lead and motivate sales associates to achieve individual and team sales targets through effective coaching and training. Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Oversee merchandising, stock replenishment, and display setup to maximize product visibility and sales potential. Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, pricing adjustments, and sales tracking with accuracy. Experience Experience in retail sales or customer service roles with demonstrated leadership capabilities. Prior assistant manager or supervisory experience in a retail environment is highly preferred. Good communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate and resolve potential with customers and team members alike. Organizational skills combined with time management expertise to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
