Pay Range:
$15.90 to $22.26
Shift:
Variable Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker's gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
Shift Manager:
Kwik Trip is seeking energetic, outgoing, and positive people to make a difference in the communities we serve. Our Shift Managers delegate tasks, train coworkers, resolve customer complaints, troubleshoot register or transaction issues, set the example for excellent customer service, ensure the team focuses on achieving daily goals, assist with merchandising, and most importantly ensure that the highest quality of customer service is being met on a daily basis
Requirements:
  • Great people skills
  • Enjoy a fast paced work environment
  • Ability to problem solve challenges and shift priorities quickly
  • Desire to help others
  • Maintain a clean and inviting store
  • 6 months retail experience including customer service and money handling
  • Ability to get others motivated to complete tasks and meet goals
