We are looking for a Produce Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a department, with knowledge of food safety regulations and the ability to lead a team of employees. The Produce Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department ensuring that all food is prepared safely and quality of product is held to the highest standards, and managing customer service and staff training. Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate activities of produce staff Order and stock product for department Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Train new staff in proper food handling techniques and safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service. Ensure that all items are prepared according to established recipes and standards. Ensure that all items are stored properly and rotated as needed. Ensure that all food items are labeled correctly and dated appropriately. Track gross profit and hit goals Department managers are eligible to participate in our bonus plan
