What You'll Do As an Assistant Store Manager, you are responsible for supporting the team and leading the restaurant during your shifts.

This includes:

Coaching and motivating team members to deliver outstanding customer service Producing food that meets Jersey Mike's high quality and consistency standards Delivering the complete Jersey Mike's guest experience Leading by example with professionalism, urgency, and integrity Managing cash handling and key-holder responsibilities Opening and closing the restaurant Enforcing policies, procedures, and food safety standards Maintaining a restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than others Leading and managing a crew of team members Participating in local and national marketing initiatives Helping build sales through execution, service, and teamwork Developing team members for future growth and advancement Completing and following the Learning Management System (LMS) training program Communicating effectively with the GM and the team Operating with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For A positive, energetic leader who enjoys working with people Someone who leads by example—on food quality, cleanliness, and attitude Strong communication and accountability skills Ability to multitask and stay focused under pressure Commitment to integrity, teamwork, and personal growth Pride in wearing a clean, fitted, and professional uniform every shift Desire to be part of a community-focused brand that gives back Schedule & Physical Requirements Full-time AND Part-time options Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs (reasonable accommodations available per ADA) Reliable transportation to and from work Pay & Perks $17.00
