Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. Recruit, hire, train, coach, and supervise store employees. Create schedules and maintain proper staffing levels. Drive sales while managing labor, inventory, cash, and other operating costs. Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and fully stocked store. Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally. Monitor inventory, merchandise displays, pricing, and promotions. Complete daily reports, paperwork, and cash reconciliation. Monitor fuel pricing and communicate updates as required. Enforce company policies, safety standards, and security procedures. Conduct safety meetings and report employee or customer incidents. Perform cashier duties and assist with daily store operations as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Previous retail management experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and retail management systems. High school diploma or equivalent. Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Willingness to work varied or extended hours as needed to support the business, including covering shifts when employees are absent. Ability to work at other local store locations when needed, with the possibility of relocation for career growth opportunities.
