1681 Washington Pike, Wellsburg, WV 26070 Bogey's Wellsburg Cafe is seeking a motivated and reliable Store Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining high standards of customer service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily paperwork and sales reconciliations accurately and on time Manage and place weekly store orders to ensure proper inventory levels Build and maintain strong managerial relationships with staff Create and post weekly employee schedules Fill in for staff during call-offs or emergencies as needed Train, supervise, and support team members Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally Monitor store performance and implement improvements where necessary

Qualifications:

Previous retail or convenience store management experience preferred Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to multitask and handle unexpected situations calmly Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays if required Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented $35,000-$40,000/year Opportunity for growth within the company Supportive team environment
