Store Manager

The Store Manager is responsible for the operation of the store. Cash, asset management and paperwork completed daily. Maintaining a clean, safe environment by complying with all health and sanitation procedures to ensure the store is presentable and that all products are in-stock. Ordering and stocking of inventory for food service and sales floor. Hiring, developing and retaining other members of the store staff is essential to success. Making smart business decisions to increase the profitability of the store. Store managers need to ensure a positive customer experience to encourage repeat business.
