Duties Lead and supervise retail sales teams to meet and exceed sales targets through effective coaching, motivation, and performance management Manage daily store operations including opening, closing, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) system oversight Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to ensure product availability and optimal presentation Conduct employee orientation, training sessions, and ongoing development to enhance team skills in customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using phone etiquette and excellent communication skills to resolve issues promptly Requirements Inventory management and software/POS knowledge helpful, but will train, and retail math including basic math skills for cash handling and pricing calculations Ability to perform under pressure with effective time management skills; multitasking across various responsibilities such as merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and customer service Organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and store management tasks We value energetic individuals eager to make a difference in retail sales while honing their managerial expertise.
