Responsibilities Lead and supervise the retail sales team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) system management. Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities. Develop staff through training & development initiatives, coaching on customer service, sales techniques, and operational procedures. New employee orientation and training. Handle employee scheduling to ensure efficient store performance. Requirements Proven management experience within the retail industry, including supervising teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong skills in negotiation, sales management, inventory management, and operational oversight. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and manage managerial communication. Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math is essential. Knowledge of retail product lines such as shoes, clothing is preferred but willilng to train; familiarity with merchandising is a plus. Organizational skills coupled with time management expertise to handle shift management efficiently.
