Duties Lead all store operations, including sales management, cash handling, inventory control, and customer service delivery Build lasting relationships with customers by providing personalized service and addressing their needs promptly Manage team performance through coaching, training, and motivating staff to meet sales targets and uphold company standards Oversee cash management processes, including processing cash transactions, balancing registers, and conducting cash audits Drive retail sales initiatives by implementing marketing strategies and promoting product knowledge among team members Ensure compliance with Cricket procedures, loan processing protocols, and financial software usage for accurate record-keeping Handle customer inquiries related to financial services such as account management with professionalism and clarity Experience Proven experience in store management or assistant manager roles within retail or financial services environments Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams effectively and fostering a positive work culture Familiarity with customer relationship management, Microsoft Office, and financial software applications Knowledge of retail math, basic math skills, and 10-key typing for accurate transaction processing Experience in handling cash transactions and sales management strategies Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required to communicate effectively with diverse customers Prior experience in banking or financial services is highly desirable to understand loan processing and collections procedures Join us as a Bilingual Store Manager (Cheyenne) to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while driving store success.
