Responsibilities Lead and supervise cleaning teams, ensuring high levels of professional cleaning and satisfaction is done. Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and driving company vehicle. Oversee daily cleaning operations including opening, closing, making sure the correct products are purchased, stocked and brought to each cleaning. Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge. Implement effective cleaning styles that we have at French Scents LLC. Utilize strong managerial communication skills to coordinate shift management and supervise staff performance. Ensure adherence to safety standards, policies, and health regulations while fostering a positive team environment. Experience Proven management experience in cleaning or related industries. Strong background in supervising employees with experience in employee orientation, training & development.d stock control. Effective communication skills with the ability to lead teams confidently while managing multiple priorities efficiently. Pay:
