The right person will:

Lead, coach, and hold a sales team accountable Create an exceptional customer experience Set the tone for professionalism, energy, and teamwork Drive sales goals and follow-up with customers Oversee daily store operations and organization Communicate effectively with ownership and our other locations Take initiative and solve problems Be comfortable learning fine jewelry, diamonds, custom design, and repairs We're looking for someone who is: Confident.
