Full Time Location:
Main Work type: Onsite Position Summary Responsible for managing customer relationships, supporting inside sales activities, and developing new business opportunities. Serves as a primary point of contact for customers while coordinating sales, order management, customer service, and internal operations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and business growth. Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, correspondence, quotes, order entry, order adjustments, and expedited requests.
- Conduct daily cold calls and proactive sales outreach to identify new business opportunities, introduce products, generate qualified leads, and develop new customer accounts.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through timely, professional communication via phone, email, and internal systems.
- Develop new business through prospecting, follow-up, networking, relationship building, and account development while maintaining and growing existing customer accounts.
- Respond to and resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Provide accurate order status updates, pricing, product information, and account support using internal systems.
- Prepare customer quotes and provide product recommendations based on customer requirements, specifications, and business needs.
- Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and other internal teams to ensure orders are accurate, delivered on time, and customer expectations are met.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and customers to identify additional sales opportunities, understand changing needs, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer account information, pricing, orders, correspondence, and documentation with a high level of attention to detail.
- Prepare monthly sales and customer service reports for upper management, providing information on sales activity, customer accounts, and business development efforts.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while working independently and demonstrating strong initiative, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
