Full Job Description Pay Range:

$18-$20 per hour + monthly sales bonus available Medical Benefits available 40 hours per week Working out of 2440 Medtronic Way Ste B, Tempe, AZ 85281 Room for advancement from Sales Assistant to Sales Associate! The primary goal of this role is to assist our primary sales associates with critical quality control and clerical functions, while creating a pleasant and efficient experience for customers, contributing to achieving company sales goals.

Primary Duties:

Pre Move Confirmation Calls Three days prior to scheduled move date Confirm all relevant details Contact Information Addresses Date and estimated time of arrival Payment type General scope of work Box Sales opportunity Discuss Google Reviews "Our goal is to provide a Five Star experience, please reach out to me immediately if you feel we're falling short" Day of Move Calls While move is in progress Contact customers with moves in progress to confirm things are going well Call / Text Post Move Calls Day following move date Reach out to confirm the customer had a great experience with the move Pass along above average feedback to Operations Managers for crew feedback If a customer reports any damages or other issues with the move, loop in Operations managers for resolution Sales Assistant will not be responsible for directly handling resolutions Discuss importance of Google Reviews Send appropriate Google Review link Incoming Phone Calls Answer overflow in-bound phone calls Direct calls as required Handle calls for Customers confirming move dates or arrival times Customers with general questions Collect deposit and book customers that have received an estimate and are calling back to be added to the schedule Customers confirming IHC appointments Customers calling for boxes or packing supplies Customers calling with move issues or damages Take description, update file in MWC2, advise Operations will be reaching out, send Operations Slack Message on operations channel For Sales Inquiries Direct to Sales Associates If Sales Associates are unavailable and the customer has not yet received an estimate: Create customer profile with name, email, phone number, preferred move date, address information, type of dwelling moving from and to Advise customer sales associates are busy with other customers and they will receive a call back shortly Send Slack or Teams message to Sales Associate(s) are required Work Lead Follow Up List Work follow up lists as outlined in Follow-Up Process If contact is made, advise sales associate to contact This job posting is for a position at the individually owned and operated
