Job Description
Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team in Tucson, Arizona. This is a long-term contract position offering an exciting opportunity to support sales initiatives and build strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients and prospective customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets by providing administrative and operational assistance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for competitive displacement opportunities.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other sales-related documents.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities. Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales support or assistant role.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
