Outbound Sales Agent

Description Position Details:

Job Title:

Dialer (W2 Employee)

• Hourly rate plus bonuses with transactions

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5

PM Job Responsibilities:

As a Sales

• Making outbound calls to potential clients who need tax relief services.
• Engaging clients and gathering information for tax relief consultations.
• Following up on leads and maintaining records of all client interactions.
• Meeting performance goals and targets established by the company.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly Rate:

$21.00 per hour, paid on a bi-weekly basis. Along with $20.00 per transfer, and $40.00 per transfer from older leads
