AT&T Assistant (Spanish Required)

Mountain View Marketing Inc is looking for a driven AT&T Assistant fluent in Spanish to join our growing team. In this role, you'll help customers explore AT&T wireless solutions, support sales processes, and provide top-notch service to a diverse client base. This position combines customer interaction, problem-solving, and sales support, giving you hands-on experience in the telecommunications industry.

What You'll Do:

Greet and assist customers in both Spanish and English, understanding their wireless needs. Present, explain, and sell AT&T wireless products and plans, highlighting features and promotions. Help customers set up devices, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and answer product questions. Support the sales team with lead follow-ups, documentation, and tracking customer interactions. Assist in meeting daily and monthly sales goals through excellent customer service. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on AT&T offerings.

What We're Looking For:

Bilingual in Spanish and English (required). Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Interest in sales and the telecommunications industry. Positive attitude and team player mindset.
